Tony Sanchez Football Camps! We are excited to offer five football camp sessions.
Our summer camps are a great way for young athletes to learn new techniques and become better overall football players.
Our campers will have the opportunity to learn from, and be coached by the UNLV Football staff and current student-athletes to help them excel on the gridiron. Tony Sanchez Football Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, and grade level. Our camps are as follows:
Rebel Elite Camps
Open to all positions besides Specialists
Want to be recruited by UNLV Football? Want to be coached by UNLV’s coaching staff? The Rebel Elite Camps are for you. These camps are designed to advance the position-specific techniques and skills that will allow players to excel in their high school careers and beyond. It is our goal to help each camper improve their football IQ and build the confidence needed to compete successfully on and off the field. These camps are open to those entering Grades 9-12 in the Fall of 2017
This camp is designed for athletes who want to learn the fundamentals of place kicking, punting, and long snapping. Camp activities will be led by UNLV Special Teams coach Andy LaRussa. All aspects of the kicking game will be covered including individualized technique, mental and physical conditioning, and strategy as it relates to special teams.
Calling all Future Rebels! The Tony Sanchez Youth Camp is back for it’s third year. Campers will be taught the fundamentals of football in a fun, high energy environment. Led by the UNLV Football staff and current student-athletes, participants will rotate through various stations where they will learn the basic skills and techniques for each position on the field.
This camp is open to those entering Grades 3-8 in the Fall of 2017.
Big Man Camp
Get one on one coaching with Offensive Line Coach John Garrison and Defensive Line Coach Tony Samuel. During the Big Man Camp, Lineman will learn the fundamentals and techniques of playing in the trenches. Two way players will have the opportunity to work on both sides of the ball, gaining the skills to both protect AND sack the quarterback.
