This takes out the guess work for our performance specialists to create a custom training program designed to reduce the risk of injury, increase performance, and maximize recovery. A performance session is completed at the beginning and end of each training program phase.
All training programs are designed based on your assessment, taking your goals and lifestyle into consideration.
Custom programs are designed for 4-6 week phases and progress you as your performance increases. Train at Advantage Training studio or use the Advantage Workout app, complete with exercise videos to guide you through your program at your preferred fitness facility.
